General Migration Law No. 285-04 and its regulation of application 631-11, govern the topic of immigration in the country, along with all the different immigration status available for foreign nationals. Application Requirements:

3. A single 4 X 5 centimeter front view picture, with a white background.
4. Original passport, with a minimum validity of six (6) months.
5. National identity document (from your country of origin or the country where you have legal residence).
6. Travel History (if you have a visa and have traveled to the Dominican Republic).
7. Criminal Record Clearance Letter.
8. Guarantee Letter (from a guarantor in the Dominican Republic).
9. Documentation demonstrating financial solvency.

How long does it take for a Business Visa to be granted?

A response is usually provided within five (5) to fifteen (15) days.
